Recruitment Info

Fade isn't currently recruiting (taking applications). We may begin taking applications again 4-28-13. For now, the clan is invite only. However, if you feel that you meet the requirements of Fade, you may ask for an invite, either by signing up and posting here, or sending me a PM! Only some will actually get the invite.

Requirements:

1. Respectful in game and out of game (including asrprogs forums, TS3 and Kongregate)

2. Respectful to me

3. Highly skilled (or potential is seen in the player)

4. Very active (plays 1-2 Hrs every day Mon-Fri, 2-3 Hrs Sat and Sun)

5. Knows how to have fun!

6. Being able to knife is an asset! (Good for going trolling )

7. Able to adapt to change

8. The biggest one: LOYALTY LOYALTY LOYALTY

Sure it's a lot of requirements, but it's what's best for Fade! Of course no one is perfect, but meeting most of these requirements will help you get into Fade a lot faster and easier

May we also give suggestions and ask people in game to check us out?

Of course.. I recruited BlackSckull yesterday. However, don't recruit them. Ask them to check us out and be sure to let me know first please

Female you can't keep recruiting people...we will just get to big, drama will start then there will be probably never will be another Fade Reborn, i respect you as a leader and as a person in general, i'm suggestion that just freeze legitly & don't renig on the Announcement

EnTeR has a point.... maybe just make a maximum member limit and stop recruiting at the moment until you're ready?Just suggesting

I recruited BlackSckull to replace Visco. It wasn't some random thing.. I haven't been recruiting bunches of people. FadeNinjaPlaty is not new.. he was an old member kicked only for inactivity (broke his computer) so..

With Blackskull gone now, are we looking for a replacement? Or is it not worth it since it's only a matter of 6 days before we're back on recruiting again?

Nope, I'm gonna work on getting him back If there's no way, then we'll just wait until the 28th to recruit again

Fp what about if we set up a member limit when the member limit is full we can say that it will be with invites only.

I was thinking to still have it exclusive.. Maybe have a certain number of people sign up for SoL? I still want Fade to be invite only (makes it more appealing, so I've heard).

Yes only swedish player in fade. Hey fp i was thinking if we could use flag each member have the the flag where they come from like me sweden

We need to get more SoL on Forums, I take care of like 3 of em at a time :L Would be nice to see some of em on here ^^

I guess we have to encourage more SoL to get on the forums :/ because i guess they are afraid to post as they are in SoL or so called "Jr.Fade". My point here is that we could encourage them and tell them that so what if they are in "Jr.Fade"? They're still part of the Fade family! I know that feeling of being in a so called jr.clan so yeah!

Yes, post and be more active in forums and TS3 so you show real commitment and dedication. Only way to rank faster. Shows that you are in Fade to benefit Fade not just yourself.
Be More Active on TS3. Don't just sign in while you are AFK. Yes some are doing this, and it's annoying

Maybe we should just make the link of the forum on ts3 as one of our channels? pawl

Even if you had some kind of spamware to divert people whom are on ts3 directly to the forums, you will get people closing their browser and continue on ts3. For those people neglecting to post at least few words to show interest of our efforts, this might stand in way of promoting you into Fade or in Fade:suspect:
